And the fundraising begins

On the morning of Saturday, 25 September subscribers to the Hawkes Bay Today were treated to an article published by Michael Fowler on some of the history and interconnectedness of All Saints' Church and the communities of Taradale and Napier. The article explored the history of the church, some of what currently happens within it, and noted the project to secure its legacy for another generation.

This article is something of the official launch of the fundraising project to re-roof and re-paint All Saints' Church. It is hoped that as the wider community comes to know of the need at All Saints' and a way to ensure it continues as a landmark in Taradale for years to come there will be a generous spirit toward the project.

The article primarily explores the history of All Saints' Church. If you want to know what is happening today and the work of our community, drop by on a Sunday morning at 8am or 10am for one of our services or get in touch with us.

The article can be found here, but requires a subscription to the NZ Herald to read.
